The only thing we require in return is that you pre-schedule 1 years' worth of appointments (scheduled approximately 4-7 weeks apart based on various factors like breed, age, and activity level) in advance. This helps us in planning our groomers' schedules as well as knowing your pet will visit with a well maintained coat, with little or no matting.
